Arkade Developers has announced a significant decrease of 96.63 percent in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax was reported at ₹5.29 crore in FY26, a stark contrast to the ₹156.92 crore recorded in FY25, as stated in a filing with the BSE.
The company’s net consolidated total income for FY26 reached ₹828.16 crore, reflecting a growth of 19.23 percent from ₹694.60 crore in FY25. In the fourth quarter of FY26, the net consolidated total income surged by 48.18 percent, amounting to ₹199.06 crore compared to ₹134.34 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
However, the company reported a loss after tax of ₹109.56 crore in Q4 FY26, in contrast to a profit after tax of ₹32.26 crore in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year. Pre-sales for Q4 FY26 increased by 40 percent to ₹303 crore, up from ₹217 crore in Q4 FY25. For the entire FY26, pre-sales rose by 17 percent to ₹901 crore compared to ₹773 crore in FY25.
Collections for FY26 also saw a modest increase of two percent, totaling ₹728 crore against ₹716 crore in FY25. As of March 31, 2026, the net debt was recorded at ₹73 crore, with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.08. The project pipeline is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of ₹12,800 crore, covering approximately 4.25 million square feet of saleable carpet area.
