New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has secured a contract worth Rs 112.5 crore from the real estate firm Lodha Developers.
In a statement released on Monday, the company announced that it has obtained a Letter of Award from Lodha Developers Ltd for the construction of Tower 1 along with related non-tower ancillary structures at a residential project located in Alibaug, near Mumbai.
Granted through a competitive bidding process, the project encompasses a total built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh sq ft, with an estimated contract value of Rs 112.5 crore (excluding GST), NCCCL stated.
