Stonecraft Group plans to invest Rs 300 crore in the development of a 110-acre township project in Telangana. In a statement released on Monday, the company announced its intention to create a 110-acre integrated township at Yadagiri Gutta, Telangana, which is projected to generate a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore.
Of the total 110 acres, the company will provide residential plots on 90 acres of land, anticipating a revenue of approximately Rs 500 crore. The remaining 20 acres will be dedicated to a 20-acre Senior Living project featuring 333 independent homes, with an estimated revenue of Rs 600 crore.
The overall investment for this project is estimated at Rs 300 crore. Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group, stated, “The 110-acre integrated development, Temple Town, embodies our dedication to creating spaces that respect India’s spiritual heritage while fulfilling the desires of contemporary homebuyers.”
Chilukuri noted that the company is experiencing an increasing interest in home ownership near significant religious sites. Based in Hyderabad, Stonecraft Group is working on the development of over 14.5 million square feet (335 acres) of land.
