RHB set to introduce 2 residential schemes for middle-income groups in Jaipur

The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is poised to unveil two residential schemes aimed at middle-income groups in Jaipur. Both projects are strategically located in the Mansarovar area, with one situated on Sipra Path and the other on Surya Marg.

An RHB official stated, ‘These two schemes are anticipated to be launched by June. Additionally, we are in the process of preparing a scheme for 60 flats in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar.’ The housing schemes in Mansarovar are designed for two distinct middle-income groups, named Ganga and Gulmohar, which will collectively offer 160 flats in 2-BHK and 3-BHK configurations. ‘The starting price has been set at approximately Rs 45 lakh.

It has been nearly a decade since RHB developed a MIG property in the Mansarovar area, with the last being Dwarka Apartment,’ the official further noted. Furthermore, RHB plans to initiate housing schemes in Udaipur, Barmer, Kota, and Hanumangarh, providing both flats and independent housing options. These projects are intended for economically weaker sections (EWS), low-income groups (LIG), middle-income groups (MIG), and high-income groups (HIG),’ the official added.
