M3M India has declared an investment of Rs 2,100 crore to create ultra-luxury residences under the prestigious Jacob & Co brand in Noida. Covering an area of six acres, this will mark the inaugural housing project in India associated with Jacob & Co, renowned for its exquisite high-jewellery timepieces.
The development, titled ‘Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida,’ is projected to yield Rs 3,500 crore in revenue over a span of three years. M3M plans to offer 150 premium homes in Phase I and approximately 100 serviced ultra-luxury residences in Phase II, with prices ranging from Rs 14 to 25 crore.
This initiative underscores M3M’s commitment to establishing new benchmarks for luxury living in India. Jacob Arabo, the Founder of Jacob & Co., highlighted India’s potential as a significant market for luxury innovation.
M3M boasts a comprehensive portfolio, including 40 completed projects and 17 ongoing developments, encompassing a total of 60 million sq. ft.
