Kolte-Patil Developers has successfully acquired a 7.5-acre land parcel located in Bhugaon. The project is projected to have a saleable area of 1.9 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) estimated at ā¹1,400 crore.
Rajesh Patil, the managing director of the company, stated, “With the increasing demand driven by enhanced infrastructure and growing interest from end-users, our establishment in Bhugaon is in line with our strategy to provide well-planned, value-oriented developments.”
Recently, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai approved the amalgamation scheme between Kolte-Patil Developers and Kolte-Patil Integrated Townships, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
