Urban Development and Housing (UDH) minister Shanti Dhariwal would inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for more than 3,200 properties of the Rajasthan Housing Board(RHB) during an event on Monday.RHB officials stated that in the programme Dhariwal would inaugurate around 1,584 houses which had been recently completed. He will lay the foundation stone for 1,760 flats and houses of RHB. The work for these properties would start soon.
“These projects include Coaching Hub in Pratap Nagar in Jaipur. The project has been constructed at a cost of Rs 401.57 crore,” said housing commissioner Kumar Pal Gautam.While most of these projects are from districts like Jodhpur, Tonk, Churu, Hanumangarh, Sirohi, etc., there are a few projects for Jaipur too. The projects in Jaipur include two middle-income housing projects in Pratap Nagar.
