Realty firm Saya Group has formed a partnership with Harmony Infra to create an ultra-luxury residential project named ‘The Horizon Residences’ in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. This joint venture (JV) will allocate Rs 550 crore for the construction of 264 flats on a two-acre land parcel that was acquired in 2018.
The residences will be priced between Rs six crore and Rs 8.5 crore, aiming at the luxury market segment. Saya Group anticipates generating sales revenue of approximately Rs 1,600 crore from this initiative, which encompasses a saleable area of around 12 lakh sq. ft. The company has already sold nearly 100 units, fueled by robust demand and a scarcity of new supply in Indirapuram.
The project has secured all required RERA and statutory approvals. Saya Groupās real estate portfolio surpasses 4.99 lakh sq. mtrs., including both completed and ongoing residential and commercial projects.
