M3M India has declared a significant investment of Rs 7,200 crore for the establishment of ‘Gurgaon International City’ (GIC), a 150-acre integrated township located in Gurugram.
The initiative, designed to attract global technology firms such as Google, Apple, and Tesla, will incorporate data centres, innovation parks, electric vehicle hubs, retail areas, and upscale residential zones.
Situated along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, the initial phase will cover 50 acres and consist of 300 RERA-approved plots. M3M’s aspiration for the township is to develop a low-emission, clean industrial hub featuring non-polluting industries and advanced technology-driven enterprises.
The development of the township is anticipated to yield a topline of Rs 12,000 crore. M3M India boasts a varied portfolio comprising 62 projects, including notable developments such as the ‘Trump Tower’ in Gurugram.
