On Monday, the share price of Ceigall India attracted attention following the announcement that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited (CIPPL), was identified as the L1 bidder in a tender issued by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

This project entails the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled spur connectivity in Punjab under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), with a total bid amounting to Rs 603 crore. As of 11:52 AM on March 23, 2026, Ceigall India’s share price is recorded at Rs 262.

The project specifically involves the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled spur connectivity commencing from Ch. 15+100 of the Ambala–Chandigarh section of NH-205A and concluding at Ch. 2+500 of the Zirakpur Bypass, covering a total distance of 10.300 km within the state of Punjab. The contract has been awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The overall bid cost for the project is Rs 603 crore.

The execution timeline includes an 18-month construction phase followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period. Prior to this recent development, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited (CIPPL) had previously been designated as the L1 bidder for two HAM-based projects in Ludhiana, awarded by the Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.

These projects have a cumulative value of Rs 207 crore and consist of an 8-month construction period followed by a 6-year maintenance phase. Such orders have bolstered the company’s order book and enhanced its presence in urban infrastructure.
