Ashtech Group, widely recognized for its contributions to construction materials and infrastructure development, is poised to venture into the real estate market with a luxury housing initiative in Greater Noida.
The project, estimated at Rs 1,800 crore, will be constructed on a 5.6-acre site, which the company purchased for approximately Rs 300 crore. This initiative signifies the company’s entry into the luxury real estate sector following its participation in industries such as fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete (RMC), pre-engineered buildings, and extensive infrastructure projects.
Sumit Agarwal, the Director of Ashtech Group, has emphasized the company’s robust history in related sectors as a solid basis for its new real estate undertaking. The luxury housing project is anticipated to be a notable enhancement to the real estate environment in Greater Noida.
