Arihant Superstructures has announced a decline of 15.79 percent in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax was reported at ₹46.04 crore in FY26, compared to ₹54.67 crore in FY25, as stated in a filing with the BSE.
The company’s net consolidated total income for FY26 was ₹556.01 crore, reflecting a growth of 10.35 percent from ₹503.87 crore in FY25. In the fourth quarter of FY26, the net consolidated total income rose by 17.38 percent, reaching ₹181.99 crore, up from ₹155.05 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The profit after tax increased by 5.77 percent to ₹11.91 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹11.26 crore in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year. The board of directors has proposed a final dividend of 2.5%, equating to ₹0.25 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26.
Additionally, the board appointed Parth Chhajer and Bhavik Chhajer as joint managing directors, effective May 15, 2026, for a term of five years. In Q4 FY26, pre-sales amounted to ₹313.2 crore, while collections totaled ₹169.3 crore. As of March 31, 2026, the gross debt was reported at ₹872.8 crore, with a net worth of ₹449.8 crore.
