Ansal Buildwell has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 36.59 lakh during the quarter ended March 31, 2023. It had recorded net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 46.03 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net total income stood at Rs 5.53 crore in Q4 FY23, a dip of 39.83 per cent from Rs 9.19 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors have not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
The company has made provision of interest on principal refund amount payable to customers related to Jaipur project of Rs 5.21 crore up to the period ended March 31, 2023
