YEIDA announces two residential schemes near Noida Airport

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched two residential schemes comprising 468 flats and 1,184 plots, ranging from 120 to 2,000 sqm, close to an upcoming Jewar International airport.

In a golden opportunity to home buyers, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in Gautam Buddha Nagar has introduced two residential schemes near the upcoming Noida International Airport.

What are the plot size of YEIDA new residential scheme?

The flat scheme include 468 flats, while the plot scheme offers 1,184 plots ranging from 120 to 2,000 sqm in size including 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, and 2000 sqm. There are 194 plots on offer in the 120 sqm size category and 260 plots in the 162 sqm size category. The Authority is only giving 466 plots in the 200 sqm category.

Similarly, 208 plots are available in the 300 sqm category, while 24 plots are available in the 500 sqm category. According to the scheme document, only 13 plots are available in the 1000 sqm size category, whereas 19 plots are available in the 2000 sqm size category.

What’s the last date to apply for YEIDA plot scheme?
Applicants for the plot scheme can submit their applications until September 1.

When will be the draw for YEIDA plot scheme?
A draw will be organised on October 18 for allotment of plots in sectors 16, 17, and 20.

What’s the price for YEIDA plot?

The plots are available at a rate of Rs 24,600 per sqm.

How to apply for YEIDA plot and flat shceme?
Interested applicants can obtain the application form and brochure for Rs 500, excluding GST, from the Authority’s website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.

Officials have reported an overwhelming response to the residential schemes on the first day.

“The schemes have gained remarkable interest due to the swift advancements in the airport project, expected to commence commercial operations by 2024, alongside the development of infrastructure and industrial ventures along the Yamuna Expressway. On the inaugural day, the plot scheme alone received an astonishing 1,200 applications,” stated an official.

YEIDA’s ongoing 2BHK flat scheme in Sector 22D has also elicited a positive reception. Thus far, the 468 units of ready-to-move 2BHK flats have amassed over 3,000 applications, with more than 600 applicants having already submitted the security deposit, constituting 10 per cent of the total flat cost – Rs 42.3 lakh.

Originally intended as a first-come, first-served initiative, YEIDA has now opted for a lucky draw mechanism in light of the overwhelming demand.
