SRM Contractors secures EPC contract for Nashik Ring Road

SRM Contractors has obtained a contract worth Rs 483 crore from the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) for the construction of Package 6 of the Nashik Ring Road.

The contract encompasses the southern segment of the ring road, which extends from design chainage 14.950 to 28.970, covering a total distance of 14.02 km. It will be carried out under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) model.

The agreement stipulates that the project must be completed within 12 months from the designated start date. The work scope includes extensive civil construction tasks, such as road laying, earthworks, drainage, and associated infrastructure to ensure a robust and efficient highway.

This portion of the Nashik Ring Road is anticipated to improve traffic flow, alleviate congestion, and enhance connectivity in and around Nashik, a significant urban and industrial center in Maharashtra. This contract further solidifies SRM Contractors’ role in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and broadening its footprint in Maharashtra’s road development industry.
