SBI invites bids to select PMC for construction of office, residential buildings

The State Bank of India (SBI) has called for bids to select a project management consultant (PMC) for the planned construction of office and residential buildings located on Stephenson Road, Perambur, Chennai.

The chosen PMC will be tasked with managing planning, coordinating design, ensuring quality control, scheduling the project, and guaranteeing timely completion while adhering to statutory regulations.

The tender highlights technical expertise, previous experience in similar institutional and residential infrastructure EPC projects, and resource capabilities as critical evaluation criteria. Firms and consultants interested in this opportunity must submit their applications by the deadline of 30 September 2025.
