Subhash Ghai has completed the sale of two residential apartments situated in the Splender Complex Co-op Housing Society in Jogeshwari, Mumbai, for a combined total of ₹11.61 crore. These properties were registered under Mukta Tele Arts, with both transactions finalized in March 2025. Ghai sold each apartment for ₹5.80 crore, with each unit featuring a carpet area of 889 square feet (82.59 square meters) and a built-up area of 1,067 square feet (99.14 square meters).
According to documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) reviewed by Square Yards, each transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹34.83 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The residential project is developed by Oberoi Realty.
In February 2025, he and his wife, Mukta Ghai, purchased a 4,364 square foot apartment in Bandra West for ₹24 crore. This transaction involved a stamp duty fee of ₹1.44 crore and registration costs amounting to ₹30,000, as per the documents examined by Square Yards.
