Brigade Enterprises’ net profit up 47.97% in Q2 FY26

Brigade Enterprises has announced a net consolidated profit increase of 47.97 percent for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. The profit after tax reached ₹170.28 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹115.08 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated in a BSE filing by the company.

The company’s net consolidated total income was ₹1,429.86 crore, reflecting a growth of 25.63 percent from ₹1,138.13 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. In the real estate sector, net bookings for Q2 FY26 amounted to 1.90 million square feet, with a sales value of ₹2,034 crore.

Collections for the same quarter were ₹2,003 crore. Pavitra Shankar, the managing director of the company, remarked, We have a strong business development and launch pipeline in our key markets, alongside healthy leasing activity and growth in the hospitality sector. Our operational performance has significantly improved compared to the previous year, and the business sentiment remains optimistic.

The board of directors has approved the appointment of Debashis Chatterjee as an additional director in the non-executive independent director category for a consecutive term of five years, effective from October 29, 2025, to October 28, 2030. Real estate revenue reached ₹951 crores, marking a 31% increase from ₹727 crores in Q2 FY25. Real estate collections were ₹1,528 crore, compared to ₹1,470 crore in Q2 FY25.

EBITDA was reported at ₹110 crore, with pre-sales volume in Q2 FY26 at 1.90 million square feet valued at ₹2,034 crore. During the quarter, leasing revenue was ₹341 crore, reflecting a 17% growth compared to Q2 FY25.

EBITDA for leasing stood at ₹223 crore, with portfolio occupancy at 92%, encompassing a total leasing of 8.67 million square feet out of 9.38 million square feet. Hospitality revenue for Q2 FY26 was ₹138 crore, representing a 16% increase over Q2 FY25, with EBITDA at ₹42 crore.
