Comt Constructions has been recognized as the lowest bidder (L1) for the development of a commercial and integrated office complex at the Commissioners Compound, Kachahari, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
The contract, awarded by the Varanasi Development Authority, is valued at Rs 150.69 crore and is intended to establish a modern infrastructure hub that will facilitate administrative functions while providing commercial space. Strategically situated in the Kachahari area, the complex is designed to meet the increasing administrative and commercial needs of the region.
The proposed facility is anticipated to enhance civic amenities, improve work environments for government departments, and contribute to the urban development of the city. It is in line with the current urban infrastructure initiatives aimed at enhancing public service delivery.
