The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is significantly contributing to the realization of the goal to transform Uttar Pradesh into a USD 1 trillion economy.

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, UPSIDA is persistently striving to enhance industrialization and foster an investor-friendly atmosphere through the swift development of industrial zones, the establishment of high-quality infrastructure, the allocation of plots via a transparent e-auction system, and the creation of modern warehousing and commercial facilities.

In this regard, UPSIDA is hosting a Mega E-Auction for commercial and industrial plots in various industrial regions of the state, including Mathura, Amethi, Sambhal, Jhansi, Jalaun, Shahjahanpur, Hamirpur, Lucknow, Hapur, Gautam Buddh Nagar, and Fatehpur.

Furthermore, commercial plots are available for establishments such as banquet halls, clubs, community centers, hospitals, nursing homes, offices/BPOs, senior secondary schools, and weighbridges in Unnao, as well as nursery schools (in Unnao, Amethi, and Hardoi), a working women’s hostel (in Unnao), workshop/service stations (in Amethi), hotels (in Prayagraj and Unnao), primary schools (in Barabanki, Hardoi, and Unnao), group housing (in Barabanki, Hamirpur, and Unnao), high schools (in Hardoi), dispensaries (in Amethi), multiplexes (in Prayagraj), warehousing (in Barabanki, Auraiya, and Prayagraj), petrol/CNG filling stations with service stations (in Prayagraj and Unnao), and multi-purpose halls/marriage halls/banquet halls in Unnao.

The e-auction process has been structured to ensure complete transparency and ease for investors. Registration and document downloads commenced on February 13, with the deadline for submitting the catalogue, processing fee, and EMD set for February 23. The final date for uploading online documents is February 24, while online e-bidding will take place on February 27.

Prospective investors are encouraged to explore UPSIDA’s official e-auction portal at https://upsida.project247.in for comprehensive details. Applications for the allocation of industrial plots can also be found on the ‘Nivesh Mitra’ portal. The e-auction presents investors with a chance to obtain industrial plots, thereby enhancing industrial activities within the state.
