The UP RERA has sanctioned seven new real estate initiatives spanning five cities in Uttar Pradesh, with a total valuation of Rs 416.94 crore.
These initiatives will introduce 1,024 residential and commercial units in Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly, and Meerut. In Noida, two commercial projects have been authorized, collectively valued at Rs 181.36 crore and consisting of 298 units. Mathura will host two residential projects worth Rs 154.92 crore, offering 565 units.
Lucknow has given the green light to one commercial project priced at Rs 27.65 crore, which includes 30 units. Bareilly will gain from a residential project valued at Rs 24.56 crore, comprising 106 units.
Meerut will feature a mixed-use project worth Rs 28.45 crore, containing 25 units. These developments are intended to foster balanced growth, improving both residential and commercial infrastructure throughout the state.
