Realty firm Trinity has announced an investment of Rs 1,200 crore for the development of a housing project in Gurugram. In a statement released on Wednesday, the company revealed plans for an 11-acre luxury residential project named ‘Sky Palazzo Residences’ located along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, with an expected completion date set for 2029.
The project will be undertaken with a total investment of Rs 1,200 crore. In the initial phase, the development will include 345 apartments. Avinash Nagpal, Senior Vice President of Projects at Trinity, noted that there is a significant demand for ultra-premium residences. Following the COVID pandemic, housing sales have experienced a notable increase.
As per data from PropEquity, housing sales in the Delhi-NCR region increased by 10 percent, reaching 11,221 units in the first quarter of 2025, compared to 10,235 units during the same period last year.
