TDI Infratech plans to invest Rs 750 crore to create a 150-acre integrated township in Ludhiana, in collaboration with DC Group. This project will cover over six million sq. ft. of developable space and will mark TDI Infratech’s fourth township in Punjab, following successful projects in Chandigarh, Rajpura, and Mohali.
The Ludhiana township is designed to provide a mixed-format residential environment featuring luxury group housing, plotted residential areas, and low-rise independent floors, catering to both end-users and investors.
TDI Infratech has previously delivered more than 500 acres in Mohali, which includes two integrated townships, and 42 acres in Rajpura, with commercial segments being introduced as hotels and commercial centers. Enhanced highway connectivity, growing infrastructure, and improved social amenities in Ludhiana further bolster the project’s potential.
Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, emphasized the city’s robust economic fundamentals and the increasing demand for organized residential developments, positioning the township to seize the next phase of residential expansion in Punjab.
