AVCRETE – ESD – LMC is a conductive flooring screed mortar formulated to be applied in a 25 mm thick layer over new or existing concrete floors. The system creates a robust conductive base layer capable of dissipating electrostatic charges in controlled environments.

Unlike surface-only anti-static coatings, this cementitious screed integrates conductivity within the flooring layer, ensuring consistent performance and structural strength suitable for heavy-duty industrial usage.

AVCRETE-ESD-LMC is available in two specialized variants to suit different application environments:

The internal variant of AVCRETE-ESD-LMC is specially developed for industries where anti-static flooring is critical. It can be applied at thicknesses ranging from 12 mm to 40 mm. For applications exceeding 15 mm thickness, it allows the incorporation of 8 mm down graded, high-quality aggregates to enhance strength and durability.

This type is ideally suited for high-traffic indoor environments such as electronics manufacturing units, engineering laboratories, control rooms, and other industrial spaces that demand consistent and reliable static dissipation.

The external variant is engineered specifically for outdoor conditions where surfaces are exposed to UV radiation, moisture, and varying weather conditions. Similar to the internal type, it can be applied at thicknesses above 15 mm and supports the addition of 8 mm down aggregates for improved structural performance.

This version is particularly suitable for applications such as aerospace detonator handling areas, military ordnance zones, and other environments subjected to constant wet exposure or direct sunlight, while still maintaining effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) performance.
