SolarWorld Energy Solutions has been awarded a letter of award (LoA) from NTPC Renewable Energy for an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) package. This project entails the establishment of a 250 MWac grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) system.
The total value of the order is approximately Rs 725.33 crore, inclusive of taxes. The project is being carried out within the country and is scheduled for completion during the Financial Year 2026-27, in accordance with the agreement’s stipulations.
The contract’s scope encompasses all facets of engineering, procurement, and construction for the solar PV initiative, marking it as a substantial endeavor in India’s renewable energy landscape. SolarWorld’s participation in this extensive solar project underscores its dedication to advancing sustainable energy initiatives.
