Sobha announced its highest quarterly real estate sales to date in the first quarter of FY26, achieving pre-sales of ₹2,078 crore. The company’s share of these sales amounted to ₹1,717 crore.
This quarterly performance was fueled by strong demand in its primary markets and the successful introduction of Sobha Aurum in Greater Noida, marking the company’s inaugural project in the city.
The total area sold during this quarter reached 1.44 million sq ft, with an average realization of ₹14,395 per sq ft. Bengaluru continued to be the leading contributor with sales of ₹602 crore, followed by Gurugram with ₹352 crore. Kerala contributed ₹210 crore, bolstered by the launch of additional towers in the Marina One project located in Kochi. Tamil Nadu added ₹59 crore, while Hyderabad and Pune experienced subdued activity due to limited inventory availability.
Sobha successfully delivered 594 residential units across 1.07 million sq ft during the quarter, which included projects in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Chennai.
The company also launched two projects with a combined saleable area of 1.62 million sq ft:
Sobha Aurum, Greater Noida: 420 units over 701,051 sq ft.
Marina One, Kochi: 362 units across 920,593 sq ft.
The company’s real estate footprint now spans 13 cities.
