The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) has appointed Parveen Jain as its new president and Niranjan Hiranandani as chairman.
Parveen Jain, who is also the founder and managing director of Tulip Infratech, stated, “Our emphasis will be on fostering transparency, advocating for progressive policy reforms, and facilitating sustainable growth that is in harmony with India’s broader economic vision.
NAREDCO will persist in serving as a conduit between the government and the real estate community, ensuring that we advance in a responsible and inclusive manner.”
Jain has previously held the position of president of NAREDCO – National from 2015 to 2017 and has also served as president of NAREDCO Haryana.
