KL Rahul and Suniel Shetty have jointly purchased seven acres of undivided land within a larger 30 acres 17 guntha parcel located in Owale, Thane West, for ₹9.85 crore.
The transaction was subject to a stamp duty of ₹68.96 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000, as per the documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) reviewed by Square Yards. This transaction was officially registered in March 2025.
