Keystone Realtors has been chosen for a significant redevelopment project of a large society in Andheri (East), Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,775 crore.
This initiative entails the redevelopment of the Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation, which consists of eight housing societies situated on a total land area of about 20,569.90 square meters. As stated by the company, the redevelopment will facilitate the rehabilitation of 637 current members from the eight societies.
The project is anticipated to unlock a free-sale potential of around five lakh square feet of carpet area. Boman Irani, the chairman and managing director of the company, remarked, “The company is intensifying its focus on large society redevelopment, and this project further strengthens our foothold in a strategically significant suburban market.”
