Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) has proposed multi-storey group housing residential schemes for the public in the city.
Under that scheme a demand survey will be conducted for the construction of flats in multi storey group housing scheme under Daheli Sujanpur scheme. Under this scheme construction of 2 and 3 BHK flats in multi storey group housing scheme are proposed.
According to law officer /Public relation officer KDA, SB Rai, the scheme has been floated on direction of vice chairman Arvind Singh. The demand survey will be held between June 2 to 30,2023.
For the demand survey the citizen had to pay a token amount of Rs 30,000 and 20,200 for 3 and 2 BHK flats.Interested persons may get application form and demand survey booklet on payment from HDFC bank Motijheel branch.
The public relation officer cleared that it is notable that this is only a demand survey, a decision will be taken to plan after receiving sufficient number of applications, for this all the formalities related to registration will be completed from the applicants by registering in RERA as per the rules.
