The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a company known for its plotted development and branded land projects, has announced its formal entry into the hospitality sector with the launch of Miros Hotels and Resorts in Goa. This marks the group’s first property under the Miros brand and signals a diversification of its portfolio beyond land ownership into lifestyle-focused developments.

The newly launched property is located in Central Goa and is part of the group’s broader strategy to integrate hospitality into its land developments. According to the company, the Goa property has already garnered attention from domestic and international travellers, earning high ratings on travel portals.

HoABL stated that the resort is situated amid natural Goan landscapes and has been developed to support wellness and leisure activities. The property includes a vegetarian-only fine dining restaurant, a wellness spa, a gym, indoor and outdoor game zones, and a swimming pool. It also offers custom wellness and cultural experiences for guests.

The company said that the name Miros is derived from a combination of the words “miracle” and “os” (the Greek word for island). The brand aims to present itself as an “island of wonder” that focuses on curated guest experiences. Miros is designed to align with HoABL’s belief in creating emotional and functional value across its developments.

Chairperson Abhinandan Lodha commented that the hospitality foray aligns with the group’s mission to “reimagine legacy industries.” He said that just as the group made land ownership more aspirational and accessible, it now aims to build destinations rooted in personal meaning and long-term experience.

Chief Executive Officer Samujjwal Ghosh added that the integration of a hospitality offering into the land development business allows the company to enhance the overall experience associated with its branded plots. According to him, this addition increases both the aspirational value and the functional utility of the company’s existing and upcoming projects.

This hospitality launch follows several other real estate initiatives by HoABL in recent years. In 2024 and early 2025, the group expanded its footprint through plotted development projects in Dapoli, Neral, Ayodhya, and Goa. In July 2025, HoABL also entered the Mumbai vertical real estate segment, announcing a joint development agreement with Mittal Builders to develop a 3 million sq. ft. township project in Naigaon.

The Naigaon project will include approximately 4,600 residential units and a high street retail component. The development is expected to be launched in the current quarter (Q2 FY26) with an estimated investment of ₹2,000 crore. HoABL projects a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore over a 3–5 year timeframe.

With the launch of Miros, HoABL appears to be transitioning towards a more integrated real estate model that combines land ownership with hospitality and experiential offerings. The company has not disclosed the pricing or room inventory for the Goa property.

More such hospitality initiatives may follow, as the company has hinted that Miros will serve as a scalable hospitality brand to be included in future developments across India.
