Godrej Properties (GPL) intends to develop a 14-acre land parcel located in Kharadi – Wagholi, Pune. The project on this site will primarily consist of premium group housing. It is projected to have a developable potential of 3.7 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of ā¹4,200 crore.
Gaurav Pandey, the managing director and CEO of the company, stated, “Kharadi – Wagholi is among the most desirable locations in Pune, and we are pleased to establish our presence in this micro market.” In the fourth quarter of FY25, the company’s booking value increased by 7% year-on-year, reaching ā¹10,163 crore.
This growth was driven by the sale of 3,703 homes, encompassing a total area of 7.52 million square feet. For the entire financial year, GPL’s booking value amounted to ā¹29,444 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 31% and achieving 109% of its guidance. This was accomplished through the sale of 25.73 million square feet of area, resulting in a volume growth of 29%.
The contributions to the booking value for the financial year 2024-25 were ā¹10,523 crore from NCR, ā¹8,034 crore from Mumbai, and ā¹5,089 crore from Bangalore. Customer collections in the fourth quarter reached ā¹6,961 crore, indicating a year-on-year growth of 48%. For FY25, total collections were ā¹17,047 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 49%. In FY26, the company aims to increase residential bookings to over ā¹32,500 crore, which represents a 20% growth over its FY25 guidance, facilitated by the launch of over ā¹40,000 crore in inventory combined with sales.
