The apartments being offered are ready to move and possession to the allottees would be given only on payment of 25% of the total price. All apartments in the project are north-east facing and both side open, thus, the occupants will enjoy cross ventilation and natural light throughout the day. Purab Premium Apartments project has come up on sprawling 37 acres and is centrally located and easily accessible from the international airport, district administrative complex and renowned educational and health institutes.

Gupta said, “This is an already inhabited project as more than 650 families are residing here and enjoying the facilities being offered like earthquake-resistant construction, electricity back-up, 24-hour water supply with recreational facilities like yoga and meditation hall and sports facilities like lawn tennis court, skating rink, badminton court, basket ball court, volley ball court, all weather swimming pool and many more have also been provisioned in the project.”
