Capacit’e Infraprojects has obtained a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at Rs 6.21 billion (excluding GST) from Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) for the implementation of core and shell works, finishing, MEPF services, and other related elements of the redevelopment project—Sector 07 of the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project—situated at Ward ‘C’, Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai.
This marks the third repeat order from SBUT to Capacit’e Infraprojects, highlighting the trust and satisfaction of a long-term client in the company’s project delivery capabilities. In response to this development, Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit’e Infraprojects, stated, “We are excited to be selected once again by SBUT for this esteemed redevelopment project.
This repeat order serves as a testament to our established execution capabilities and our dedication to delivering high-quality projects punctually. Our emphasis continues to be on enhancing our order book with significant developments while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.” The Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment, led by SBUT, is among India’s most ambitious urban renewal initiatives.
With this contract acquisition, Capacit’e further solidifies its role as a key player in the execution of complex, large-scale urban infrastructure projects.
