Assetz announced on Tuesday that it has acquired sixteen prime land parcels, encompassing more than 200 acres, in Bengaluru over the last two years. These acquisitions will contribute an additional 15 million square feet of saleable area to Assetz’s current portfolio, as stated in a company release.
The statement highlighted that these new land parcels have the potential to accommodate over 7,500 homes in some of Bengaluru’s most promising areas, located in the North, South, and Southeast regions of the city.
Additionally, the company noted that from the recently acquired pipeline, which has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 15,000 crore, 3 million square feet has already been launched, while 6.5 million square feet is scheduled for launch in FY26, distributed across 10 projects.
These upcoming launches will feature apartments, villaments, and plotted developments. Sunil Pareek, Executive Director of Assetz, remarked, “With 10 new launches planned for this financial year, we are set to introduce over Rs 7,000 crores of new inventory for sales and aim to double our turnover within three years.”
