Ashiana Housing has successfully purchased land measuring around 8.83 acres from multiple sellers in Wavarle, Raigad, Maharashtra.
The organization intends to create a senior living project on this site, featuring a saleable area of 4.50 lakh square feet. In addition, it has revealed a collaboration with Epoch Elder Care, whereby the latter will take complete operational control of Ashiana Care Homes in Bhiwadi.
This partnership will manage a 48-bed facility within the project, providing all necessary assisted living services and care for chronic conditions.
