Sheth Realty has invested around Rs 150 crore on a residential project-Codename Younique in Sion, Mumbai. It is being developed in a joint venture with Aakshya Group.The total project cost is estimated at around Rs 500 crore.
The company expects a topline of approximately Rs 1,000 crore from the project.Spread across two acres land, the project will offer 2BHK and 3BHK apartments having 620-1,100 sq ft space.It is projected to be complete within four years from the commencement of construction.
