The Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) has issued a notification for the outright sale of 46 plots situated in its layouts spread in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts. The pricing per square yard ranges between 13,000 and 55,000 based on the location.
Two HIG plots in Marripalem layout will go under the hammer at a base price of 55,000, while 50,000 base price has been fixed for two plots in Madhavadhara.
These plots will be sold through the government portal – konugolu(dot)ap(dot)gov(dot)in. According to the VMRDA officials, the interested parties can get the details pertaining to the plots on the VMRDA’s website.
The urban development authority has also set up an information centre/help desk on the third floor of the VMRDA’s office to help the prospective buyers in filling the application online and furnishing further details.
