Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has acquired an apartment valued at Rs 69 crore within DLF’s ultra-luxurious housing development in Gurugram, as reported by CRE Matrix. The real estate analytics firm has examined the registered sale agreement dated February 4, 2025. Dhawan’s new residence spans 6,040 square feet in DLF’s latest high-end project, ‘The Dahlias,’ located on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, according to the research firm.

The property is valued at Rs 65.61 crore, with an additional stamp duty of Rs 3.28 crore, bringing the total cost to approximately Rs 69 crore.

In October of the previous year, the seasoned Indian opener Dhawan announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. He made his international debut in 2010 during an ODI against Australia in Visakhapatnam, with his final appearance for India also being a 50-over match against Bangladesh in 2022.

In August of the previous year, DLF unveiled a 17-acre housing project named ‘The Dahlias’ at DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram, Haryana, which includes 420 apartments and penthouses. This development marks DLF’s second ultra-luxury offering following the successful launch of ‘The Camellias’ at the same site. DLF anticipates generating total revenue of Rs 35,000 crore from this project.
