Shantanu Mukherjee (popularly known as Shaan),and his spouse Radhika Mukherjee have purchased a residential property in Prabhachiwadi, Pune, for a total of ā¹10 crore.
The property encompasses approximately 0.4 hectares (4,787.92 square yards), with the bungalow’s built-up area measuring around 5,500 square feet (511.04 square meters). As per the documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction involved a stamp duty of ā¹50 lakh and a registration fee of ā¹30,000.
This transaction was officially registered in March 2025. In a related note, Priyanka Chopra’s mother and brother recently leased a property in Koregaon Park, covering 4,800 square feet (445.9 square meters), for a monthly rent of ā¹2.25 lakh.
