Raymond Realty has executed definitive agreements to collaboratively develop a residential project in Kandivali, Mumbai, which represents its seventh joint development initiative in the city. The project is projected to possess a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹3,000 crore.
Consequently, the total GDV of Raymond Realty’s real estate portfolio will approach nearly ₹43,000 crore. In a separate development, County Group has introduced a luxury residential project named Clove County in Sector 151, Noida, situated along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, with an investment exceeding ₹1,200 crore.
Spanning five acres, the development will feature 226 apartments distributed across three towers. The project will provide 4BHK apartments measuring around 4,077 sq ft and 5BHK units of 5,310 sq ft and 6,417 sq ft, with prices varying between ₹10 crore and ₹18 crore. The developer acquired the land parcel in 2025 for approximately ₹473 crore, with the project covering about 11 lakh sq ft.
