Global industrial real estate leader Panattoni has joined forces with Edayar Zinc, based in Kerala, to create an Rs 800-crore, Grade A+ multi-client industrial and logistics park located in the Edayar Industrial Area of Kochi.
This initiative represents Panattoni’s inaugural project in Kerala and is a significant part of the Kerala Logistics & Industrial City (KLIC), which seeks to enhance Kochi’s status as a center for global logistics investment.
The development will unfold in two phases, with Phase 1 encompassing 20 acres and providing 5.2 lakh sq. ft. of infrastructure tailored for sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL, and pharmaceuticals. Construction is scheduled to commence in February 2026, with operations anticipated to begin by February 2027.
The project is designed to position Kochi as a pivotal hub for global industrial and logistics investment. It promises to elevate the region’s logistics infrastructure by introducing sustainable designs and state-of-the-art facilities.
