The building, which spans 1,836 sq. ft., was completed in a mere 3.5 months utilizing advanced light-gauge steel frame (LGSF) technology. It is engineered to generate as much energy as it consumes, thereby achieving net-zero energy usage on an annual basis.

The facility was inaugurated by Tata Steel’s CEO, T V Narendran, and incorporates high-performance glazing, insulated walls, and rooftop solar panels to produce clean energy, representing a significant advancement in India’s commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient infrastructure.

SIIL secures contract for One Forest Avenue Project in Powai

Supreme Infrastructure India (SIIL) has been granted a letter of intent (LoI) to carry out excavation and shore piling operations for the One Forest Avenue project located in Powai, Mumbai.

The contract, which is valued at Rs 71.31 crore, has been awarded by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures, with Brookfield Properties serving as the primary stakeholder.

This project entails significant foundation work, which includes the excavation of 450,000 cubic meters of soil and rock, as well as the installation of 300 mm diameter shore piling at an average depth of 15 meters.

Additionally, the work will encompass essential rock anchoring. This contract further solidifies SIIL’s status as a frontrunner in specialized civil engineering within the Mumbai metropolitan area.

As stated by Vikram Sharma, Managing Director of SIIL, “This victory represents a crucial milestone in our strategy to aggressively pursue high-value projects.” The project showcases SIIL’s proficiency in intricate foundation and piling operations and signifies a substantial advancement in fostering world-class infrastructure development in Mumbai.
