The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida) has issued two plot allocation schemes in the Noida region to give a fillip to industrial and commercial activities in the state.The registration process for commercial builder plots ranging from 812.73 sq m to 51,417.25 sq m has started under the new plot allocation scheme.
Through this scheme, registration will be carried out from November 16 to December 6, and the bidding date will be declared after the pre-bid meeting on November 21.A state government spokesperson said that the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority has invited applications for plot allocation through the Commercial Plots Scheme for sectors 32, 35, 40, 50, 94, 96, 97, 98, 105, 108, 124, 132 and 135 in the Noida area. These plots are of different commercial value and categories and will be allocated through e-auction.
“State Bank of India’s (SBI) e-tender portal will be used in this scheme. The deadline for completing the online payment and depositing Earnest Money has been set for December 4. The last date to apply for this scheme is December 6,” the official said. Preparations for plot allocation in the Noida Industrial Area Phase 1 and 2 have been completed through the open-ended scheme and the registration process will start on November 21 on Invest UP’s Nivesh Mitra portal.
“For the last few months, there has been a need for a big scheme to set up new units in the industrial phase in Noida. In this regard, the path for the establishment of new industrial units in Noida will now be facilitated,” the official added.
The Nivesh Mitra Portal has been made the medium of application for the industrial plots.
