Bengaluru-based Manasum Homes is expanding its operations throughout South India with an investment exceeding ₹150 crore. The company is in the process of developing more than 450 senior living units in Bengaluru, Tirupati, and Mysuru through a combination of joint ventures and independent initiatives.

In Bengaluru, the company has collaborated with Tata Value Homes to create RIVA. This project includes 187 units that are ready for immediate occupancy. In Tirupati, in partnership with Vasundhara Constructions (Theme Ambience, Hyderabad), the company has established a project that spans four acres.

This development will provide 100 units designated for senior living out of a total of 300 units. In Mysuru, it has teamed up with Foundations Developers & Promoters. Situated on a two-acre site, this project will feature over 180 residences.
