M3M India has officially unveiled the Gurgaon International City (GIC), an urban development project that spans 150 acres along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road.
The company intends to invest Rs 7,200 crore into this initiative, which is projected to yield Rs 12,000 crore in revenue. GIC represents M3M India’s strategic foray into integrated townships, merging residential, commercial, industrial, and technology-driven sectors within a ‘Live-Work-Unwind’ framework.
The initial phase, covering 50 acres and consisting of 300 plots, has already received RERA approval and will concentrate on technology enterprises, light manufacturing, and clean industries.
This development capitalizes on the momentum generated by the adjacent Reliance MET City and is set to incorporate innovation hubs, data centers, electric vehicle infrastructure, and upscale residences. “Our goal is to establish GIC as a key component of NCR’s burgeoning innovation and investment corridor,” the company remarked, emphasizing the project’s advantageous location in proximity to major expressways, Delhi Airport, and significant industrial areas.
