L&T’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) division has obtained several EPC contracts in India. One of the significant projects is commissioned by the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation for the construction of the Advait Lok (Acharya Shankar Museum Complex & Parking) located in Omkareshwar, Khandwa district.
This contract encompasses the creation of a cutting-edge global museum that will feature detailed stone carvings and glass fibre reinforced concrete components, designed to highlight the life and teachings of Acharya Shankar.
The project will also entail civil engineering work, MEP services, external development, and a five-year period of operations and maintenance, with a completion schedule of 36 months.
Furthermore, L&T has secured a contract from the Assam Government for the renovation of the R G Baruah Sports Complex in Guwahati, which includes the construction of a FIFA-compliant football stadium.
Another contract pertains to the development of luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai, reaching up to 66 floors, featuring premium finishes and extensive MEP services.
