The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has sanctioned the construction of an additional 27-storey luxury residential apartment complex at Aishbagh on Mill Road. This building will feature 384 flats equipped with luxury amenities.
The project, named Aishbagh Square, is designed with four towers, each reaching 27 storeys, and will provide 3-BHK apartments with a study, each approximately 1,900 sqft in size. The starting prices have been set at Rs 1.11 crore. Prathamesh Kumar, the vice-chairman of the LDA, has issued directives for the project. Registration for the flats is set to commence on January 29 and will continue until February 28. Applications can only be submitted through the LDA website.
A registration fee equivalent to 5% of the estimated flat cost is required, while applicants from reserved categories must pay 2.5%. Allotment will be conducted via a lottery system. Officials have indicated that the project site is located in a densely populated area of Old Lucknow, where large residential land parcels are scarce.
The site is conveniently situated near Charbagh railway station, a Metro station, and significant commercial districts such as Naka, Alambagh, and Aminabad. Devansh Trivedi, the special officer, stated that the housing complex is planned to include amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking facilities for over 600 vehicles.
Additionally, there will be provisions for commercial shops within the campus to cater to the daily needs of residents. The construction of the project is expected to be completed within three years, with possession of the flats anticipated within five years. Following allotment, buyers will be required to pay the total cost in 36 monthly instalments. An official from the LDA mentioned that the authority will provide a discount ranging from 4-6% for applicants who choose to make full payment within 45-90 days.
