Labdhi Lifestyle intends to allocate ₹700 crore for the development of BKC Edge, a commercial project located at H-Block, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.
This initiative has a gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹1,000 crore and will provide 2.25 lakh sq ft of carpet area. Occupying 1.25 acres, the project will feature more than 300 business suites.
During the October–December quarter, Mumbai represented approximately 22% of the total 22.2 million sq ft of office space leased throughout India, as reported by CBRE. The report indicated that Mumbai is anticipated to continue being one of the leading office markets by 2026.
