Constrofacilitator recently had an exclusive interview with Rohit Katyal, Chairman & Executive Director, Capacit’e Infraprojects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai, specialising in financial accounting and auditing. With more than 32 years of extensive experience in civil construction and finance, he offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in these fields.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, I identified the need for a firm that could deliver quality work while adhering to strict timelines. Over the years, we’ve achieved significant milestones, such as completing the Tata Trust cancer hospital in just 11 months and delivering high-profile projects like ONE Altamount for Lodha. Our future plans include expanding into smart infrastructure, as seen in our work in GIFT City, where we integrate advanced technologies like IoT.
